Remy Delgado’s practice has many different outcomes, two of those being printmaking and film. Through his prints, he creates a new perspective of public places in and around Norwich, as he finds and explores urban utopias.
He invites people to come together and makes these sites a point of focus for art, encouraging the public to collaborate with him and with each other to create their own works. His site-specific practice allows him to bring people together during workshops to focus on the line of architecture within a location.
“Using art, I can bring people together and find the positivity and energy of place. No matter where you are, or who you are with, everyone is open to perspective and creativity.” Through his films, he documents these workshops and gatherings of people to give some context on the final prints that they have created.
